I have been working at Carmen Catering since August 2010.

My job could be described as 'I sell till I drop'. My work consists of listening to the client's wishes and creating a suitable offer based on them. I continue communicating with the client until we have adapted the offer perfectly to their desires.

I graduated from the Estonian Sommelier Association Private School and I have a Sommelier diploma. I have also completed barista training.

In my free time, I enjoy good food that has been prepared with passion. I like to have a glass of carefully chosen wine with my food. I praise myself for my cooking, and sometimes I even manage to surprise myself with my dishes.

Priit Allikivi
sales manager
Rena Palm

Hille Rosenberg
florist and decorator

Florist and decorator at Carmen Catering since spring 2010.

I mainly work with decorations. I decorate buffet tables, and make flower arrangements and bouquets. I design menus and anything else that is needed at our events.

Amongst other things, I am also responsible for the tablecloth store.

I previously worked at a popular bridal and flower salon in Tallinn for eight years. This job taught me to work well under pressure and make sure I fulfill each client's ideals regardless of their level of complexity.

I have prepared flower arrangements and decorations for many Estonian manor houses and churches, and given even the simplest of places a fairytale touch through decorations.

My work is my hobby and vice versa. Apart from this, I enjoy spending quality time with my small family, either by travelling, cooking, or enjoying nature together.
